Origin of an Idea: "Hello Heart"
“Maybe it was because we'd been holed up in a remote mountain cabin for a few days with nothing to do but write, but it felt like the veil between this reality and the Source where song ideas come from was a little thinner than usual. We had written several songs on the first day of our retreat, and we were all sleeping the stone-heavy sleep of creative exhaustion. But I woke up before the sun rose with this thought in my head, and tried to whisper it quietly into my phone so I wouldn't disturb the others who were still sleeping in the rooms down the hall…”
